Global Family Travels' vision is to unite humanity and inspire travelers to take responsibility for the challenges and opportunities facing our increasingly inter-connected planet. Our mission is to provide authentic community-based Learn, Serve and Immerse travel experience, as means to foster cross-cultural understanding and better global citizens.
Using tourism to help solve community challenges, we organize sustainable travel opportunities in partnership with local and global non-profit organizations and support many communities. Our family-friendly trips often support of many United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, including education, access to clean water, conservation, gender equality, and the preservation of diverse and indigenous cultures. Each trip features a unique mix of cultural and educational activities, as well as community engagement projects aimed at directly improving the lives of people in the destinations we visit.
Global Family Travels also offers Travel Advisor Services to help our clients plan customized trips for families, multi-generational travel and individual adventure, or spiritual seekers to book travel experiences that align with their goals and budgets

LEARN
At Global Family Travels, we believe the most powerful way to learn is through first-hand experience, by allowing the country and its people to be our teachers. Each trip offers unique educational opportunities to learn about the culture and history of the countries we visit. We also supplement our traveler’s experiences with reading lists, informal discussions, and a pre-trip orientation which includes information on the culture and history of your host country, helpful words and phrases and etiquette guidance.
SERVE
Our enriching tours offer trip participants and the host community opportunities to work together on local projects aimed at improving the lives of people in the communities we visit. As we strengthen our connection to the world around us and begin to see ourselves in others we can’t help but feel a deeper sense of responsibility for the impact of our actions. This lends itself to the goal at the heart of our company – for us all to become better global citizens.
IMMERSE
Our travelers become immersed in the culture of the communities we visit by experiencing daily life with the locals! Many of our trips include an opportunity to to enjoy a home-cooked meal with our hosts, or in some cases, even a home stay! By authentically engaging with our host communities, we learn to honor and respect diverse and traditional cultures.
