Booking form and deposit
A deposit of $500 is required with your booking form. The deposit is non-refundable unless the tour program is cancelled, at which point the entire deposit is refundable. To participate on a Global Family Travels tour, participants are also required to complete, sign and return a Liability Waiver Agreement.
The balance of payment is required by 8 weeks in advance of departure. Once we receive your booking form and deposit, we’ll send you confirmation along with other important travel forms that you will need to fill out and return to us. Payments of the remaining tour balance can be made on a monthly schedule, however the balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before departure.
60 days prior to departure, we will send you a pre-departure document and finalize a date for your pre-trip orientation, which will be held 3-4 weeks prior to the tour departure date.

Valid passport: Make sure your passport is valid for at least six months beyond the return date of the tour. Otherwise, apply for a new one at http://travel.state.gov/passport/.
Travel Insurance: We recommend that all travelers purchase a travel protection plan to help protect you and your trip investment! Consider Travel Protection for Trip Cancellation, Trip Interruption, Emergency Medical and Emergency Evacuation/Repatriation, Trip Delay, Baggage Delay and more. Health Requirements: Some of the countries we visit may require vaccinations. Please refer to the Centre for Disease Control & Prevention: http://www.cdc.gov/travel/ or inquire with us and we will provide you the information.
