As a travel advisors, we have access to vast travel network and resources to help you plan the perfect trip and get the best value for your time and money, and offer ways to do so sustainably.  We have outlined how we work with our clients below.

Step 1: Travel Preferences: Please fill out this Customer Form to indicate your travel preferences.

Step 2: Consultation: Once you have enquired about a trip, we set up either an in person, virtual, or phone consultation.  During this first consultation we want to get to know you more, the purpose of your trip, and your travel style.  We ask a lot of questions and explain our planning process.

Step 3: Customized Itinerary: Once you have contracted our services, and secured it with a $250 non-refundable travel planning service fee, which can be applied to your trip as a deposit later, we begin putting together a customized itinerary based on what was discussed during the consultation.  This will be presented to you for review and amendments can be done as needed until we have an itinerary that you fulfill your travel wishes.

Step 4: Reservations Secured & Private Trip page created: This part of the trip planning we begin making reservations and recommendations specific to your trip.  Whether they be dining, spa, excursions, villa stocking, or babysitting, we take care of all of the details.  We then create a trip page for your custom adventure.  Note:  Final payment is usually due anywhere from 6 months to 2 months prior to your departure date.  This varies based on the destination, time of year and our travel partner/ supplier's terms.

Step 5: Travel Documents A few weeks prior to departure we will present you with your final documents, including all reservations and arrangements that have been made.  We offer a customized,  mobile-friendly app for our clients to access before and during the trip. (See example of a Galapagpos Family Trip here!) This app includes a detailed itinerary, city guides,  instant access to crucial documents, and messaging with your travel consultant during your trip.

Trip Completion: Upon your return we will follow up with you to get your feedback and to discuss any future travel needs you may have.
