The History of the Safari &
Immersive Travel Experiences in Africa
Africa is a destination on many bucket lists! Much of the joy of traveling this continent, is in the journey itself. Africa is a land of rich diverse cultures, with many natural wonders, and is thought to be the cradle of human kind. Throughout modern history, the image of Africa that captivates the world is the adventure of getting up close to untamed wildlife while on safari! For those of us who’ve been lucky enough to go on safari, we remember that exhilarating moment ... our first wild animal sighting! Close up in it’s natural environment and from the safety of our safari vehicle! But how did the modern day safari come to be?
Join Global Family Travels on February 15th, as we unveil the History of Safari & Immersive Travel Experiences in Africa.
