  • Fill out an on-line Booking Form and return the signature page of  Booking Form.

  • Download the liability form and return it to Global Family Travels.

  • Included in the price of this trip is a suggested $500 tax-deductible donation to help improve the Siddhartha School’s art and cultural programming.   Please make your gift to SSP by  May 15, 2019 at this link.
